ReferenceInformationHub offers a range of luxury yacht charter services, which include:
- Renting yachts for the day
- Evening cruises
- Company retreats
- Exclusive events
- Extended charters over several days
The availability of services and service continuation are subject to change, and dependent on weather conditions. We hold the authority to alter or cease services at our discretion.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
In order to reserve a charter, you need to:
- Have a minimum age of 18 years
- Provide truthful and complete details
- Fulfill the deposit amount as noted in the booking confirmation
- Adhere to these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Confirmation of your booking is established when payment is made and we send a written confirmation. We maintain the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3.3 Availability
Charters are offered subject to the availability of vessels and favorable weather conditions. Effort will be made to fulfill your requested charter dates and times.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All prices are stated in € and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the total cost for the charter is due at the time of reservation
- Final Payment: Required 48 hours before the charter departs
- Other fees (if applicable): Payable upon completion of the charter
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept a variety of payment options, including major credit cards, bank transfer, and certified cheques. We manage secure and encrypted systems for payment processing.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- If cancellation occurs more than 72 hours prior to departure: A refund will be provided minus any processing fees
- Cancellation within 24 to 72 hours of departure: 50% refund of the total cost
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: No refund will be issued
5.2 Weather Cancellations
In the event our captain deems weather conditions unsafe, we will propose to:
- Reschedule the charter to the next available slot with no additional fee
- Issue a full refund if rescheduling is not feasible
5.3 Mechanical Issues
If mechanical issues arise with the designated vessel, our team will attempt to provide an appropriate replacement. Should no substitute be available, we will issue a full refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All guests are required to:
- Obey all instructions from the crew
- Use safety gear as directed
- Inform us of any health conditions that could impact their safety on the vessel
- Stay within designated areas on the yacht
6.2 Prohibited Items
The items below are not allowed on board:
- Containers made of glass
- Illegal substances
- Weapons of any kind
- Excessive beverages (more than reasonable consumption)
- Pets, unless given prior approval
6.3 Conduct
Guests should behave in a manner that is respectful. Should guest conduct present a safety hazard or disrupt the enjoyment of others, we retain the right to end the charter early and without a refund.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
We limit our liability to the amount paid for the charter. We are not accountable for:
- Injury incurred through passenger negligence
- Theft or damage to personal belongings
- Indirect, consequent, or penal damages
- Delays due to weather or events not within our control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Appropriate marine insurance for our fleet and operations is in effect. Passengers are responsible for securing their own travel and personal insurance coverage.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
Engaging in our charter services signifies your awareness of the inherent risks associated with water activities, and you take responsibility for your personal safety and well-being.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We have the power to amend itineraries, paths, or schedules due to weather events, safety concerns, or operational requirements. We will endeavor to provide a similar alternative experience where possible.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or modifications that result from circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural catastrophes
- Legal regulations
- Shutdown of ports
- Equipment malfunctions
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. Making use of our services implies your agreement to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
